Founded in 1966 by the late Onofre “George” Aguinaldo, Fiesta Filipina Dance Troupe of Canada is the longest-running Filipino dance company in the country and a cornerstone of Filipino cultural expression in Canada. For six decades, Fiesta Filipina has been dedicated to preserving, performing, and evolving Filipino folk dance and music while nurturing generations of artists through disciplined training and artistic excellence. Through performances at community celebrations, cultural events, concerts, and national and international stages, Fiesta Filipina serves as a cultural ambassador—connecting communities, celebrating heritage, and sharing the richness of Filipino culture with diverse audiences.
